Elcee Instrumentations & Services Sdn. Bhd. (ELCEE) is a wholly owned Malaysian company actively engaged in environmental research through the distribution of state-of-the-art research/scientific equipment and modern technology in the South East Asia region. Established in 1994, Elcee have grown its product offerings to the following:

We have a dedicated in-house team of qualified personnel who are multi-disciplinary, technically competent and field savvy. Elcee collaborates closely with both local and overseas based experts – enabling us to provide a complete range of integrated solutions. 

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to deliver reputable and reliable technologies that ensure the success of our clients. To accomplish this mission, we adopt the following practices:

  • Provide a thorough pre-sales consultancy to ensure customers are given an adequate understanding of the products / solutions to match the applications concerned.
  • Promote only reputable technologies with high Mean-Time-Between-Failures (MTBF) attributes.
  • Established a technical support centre to provide the after-sales support and a quick-turnaround repair times in order to safeguard the customer’s investment.

OUR STRENGTHS

Our excellent past record speaks for itself as we have successfully implemented numerous innovative pilot research projects and baseline studies throughout South East Asia. An example of which, includes the supply of a turnkey Specim AisaEAGLE airborne hyperspectral system for Forestry Department, Sarawak to enable various R&D works including forest management. Customer subsequently procured a compact Specim AisaEAGLET with a customized turret for helicopter installation which is currently used for forest enforcement.

KEY PERSONNEL

Marvin Lee

B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering (UMIST, UK)

Marvin is the Managing Director and Sales Director for Elcee. He has more than 20 years of experiences working on oceanographic and environmental related sales and projects, with approximately 10 years of experiences in the oil and gas sector. He provides valuable stewardship and vision for the company. He leads the business development efforts and have created several key client accounts in the region for the company.

Wong Leong Sze

B.Sc Environment (UPM, Serdang)

Wong is the Technical Director and has more than 12 years of technical and project experiences in the onshore and offshore environment. Wong’s strength is in developing and implementing processes and methodologies for the company and ensuring good practices are adopted. Wong is responsible for all major projects implementation covering all aspects from design, supply, install and commission.

Abhishek Varma Datla

M.Sc. Physical Oceanography, Distinction (Bangor University (U.K.)

Abhishek is the Sales Manager and covers the consultants and private sectors. He is well versed with the wide range of oceanographic and environmental research instruments.

Muhamad Azie
Zairie bin Zulkefli

BSC Marine Technology (UiTM, Perlis)

Zairie is the Sales Engineer for the Oceanographic, Hydrographic & Environmental Division. In addition, he plays an important role in mentoring and guiding the engineers and team members to ensure that the company delivers the highest quality of service to our clients.
