SPECIM offers a broad range of integrated and calibrated Spectra Cameras for hyperspectral line-imaging. These Spectral Cameras precisely measure contiguous spectral data at tens or hundreds of wavebands for each image pixel simultaneously. This pushbroom operation is extremely versatile tool for hyperspectral imaging. It is perfect for applications where either the target or camera is in motion, like in process control or imaging from aircraft.

Integrated with various scanning solutions, Spectral Cameras can provide high speed hyperspectral imaging solutions also in laboratory analysis and field imaging applications. See our Hyperspectral Solutions section for readily available scanning solutions. Spectral information can be used to solve various applications, like material detection and sorting by NIR chemometrics, and accurate color inspection over the full image.

SPECIM delivers industry standard imaging spectrographs which employ our unique spectrographic technologies. These nearly polarization independent technologies provide high light throughput, low straylight, and a high quality, aberration-free image in an extremely rugged device.

The ImSpectors work as an add-on optical component that changes an area scan camera to a spectral line imaging device which produces full contiguous spectral information in each line pixel with high spectral resolution. This is known as the push-broom hyperspectral operation.
